Fragile Handling
Glass bottle shipments require careful loading. Anti-slip mats, load bars, and proper strapping. We handle palletised cases, loose cases, and bulk wine (flexitanks on request).
Excise Documentation
e-AD (electronic Administrative Document) for excise goods. We prepare and manage excise movements between EU member states. ARC reference provided.
D.O. / PDO Compliance
Experience with Denominación de Origen (Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Cava, Priorat) shipments. Correct labelling, documentation, and handling for protected origin products.

Our ATP-certified vehicles maintain +12°C to +18°C for wine — the recommended range to prevent heat damage, oxidation, and cork seal failure. Temperature logging printout provided at delivery.
Do you handle excise documentation for wine shipments?
Yes. We prepare and manage e-AD (electronic Administrative Document) for all EU excise movements. ARC references provided for tracking. For UK and Switzerland, we also handle customs and excise import documentation.
Can you transport palletised wine cases?
Yes. We handle standard wine cases (6 or 12 bottles) on Euro pallets, half pallets, and display pallets. Anti-slip mats and load bars prevent shifting. Glass breakage rates below 0.1% on our controlled-temperature services.
